Jaipur, 10 May: The Pink City of Jaipur is known for its International fame. Very soon, along with films, a new chapter of Animation films is going to get added to the industry. Jaipur International Film Festival Trust announced the beginning on PINK EYE ‘Jaipur Animation Film Festival’, in a press conference organised in the Pink City press club on the 10th of May 2011.
The father of Indian animation and also the advisory board member of Jaipur Animation Film Festival (JIAFF), Mr. Ram Mohan told media that animation industry hasn’t been able to reach its heights in India, as it was aimed for, but there is a very good scope of it development and its growing really fast. Jaipur Animation film festival is not only a great achievement for the pink city but for the whole of the country. And he said that he had great faith in this festival that it would give a new platform to the animation film makers.
